Bernard's Piece - Monthly experiment of Sound Creations
Each month Bernard will provide a 'soundscape' that may be musical or non-musical in nature. The Vent team will discuss what the piece inspires and together with artists such as Bec Stafford, visual art will be created and posted on the website.

Keep an eye on the website.

Poetry In Motion - 8 x 5 minute short films based on the poetry of local writers
The collection of films will be presented in an "anthology' DVD with booklet and will be exhibited both as a collection and as individual stand alone films. Each emerging director has been coupled with the poet/poem to create a short film of up to 5 minutes. The creative teams are encouraged to experiment with ways to adapt the poem to screen, expected to explore different genres, narrative style, music and film techniques and come up with 8 distinctively creative and original films.
